4 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup pine nuts
2 cups fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Combine all the ingredients and puree in a food processor or blender. Add to any pasta dish for added zing; top with additional pine nuts and parmesan cheese!
